Describe what are you working on in the field of climate change, environmental protection, environmental justice or social impact.
We have been doing events & programs for almost 20 years with sustainability, ecological design, & permaculture. Last year we launched a Civics 101 for Climate Change series, with a Public Forum on COP21 & the Paris Agreement that invited the community & a panel of speakers from diverse backgrounds to participate and learn what the Paris Agreement meant for our region. We continued with Carbon Farming talks, Soil Not Oil forum among other related events focused on climate & the environment. I am a steering committee member for the International Permaculture Convergences that happen biannually, with the next one in India, it's primary theme, Women As Agents of Change.
