Business In the field of landscape; water conservation, carbon sequestration with soil building, energy efficiency, sustainable methods and materials, emphasis on sustainable, regenerative and organic practices, urban forestry and urban/rural agriculture, public spaces with access for all...and beauty! client and public education.

As a community Volunteer: Planning Commissioner for the City of Ojai: chairing committees on Landscape Standards and state Mandated Water requirements, Complete Streets - equal access for all users in the public right of way, reducing vehicle miles traveled, multi-model transportation, reduction in carbon emissions, capturing stormwater, accessible amenities, street tree plantings, public art and streets as 'place'., Sustainability Committee - exploring water conservation, public education, exploring the Sustainable Living Research Initiative (first generated in Santa Barbara County and City and City of Goleta)
